What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The house has self check-in, so you can arrive on your own schedule any time after 4:00 PM.

Where is the house located?

The house is at 1704 S 16th St, Las Vegas, NV 89104 — a real residential neighborhood minutes from downtown Las Vegas, Fremont Street, and the Strip.

Is parking available?

Yes — the driveway has parking for up to 2 vehicles. Please note there is no overnight street parking.

What are the house rules?

No glass in the pool area. No smoking indoors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The pool may be used during daylight hours only. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests on your booking. A separate self-contained unit is on-site with a property caretaker.

Tell me about the pool and hot tub.

The fully fenced backyard has a private 27-foot saltwater pool with optional pool heat ($50/night plus tax) and an in-ground hot tub, plus a poolside cabana with a 3/4 bathroom and shower. The pool is available during daylight hours only, and glass is not allowed in the pool area.

How many guests can stay?

The house sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms (one King, one Queen, one Double, and two Twin beds) plus a convertible double futon in the game room. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests on your booking.

Is this a licensed short-term rental?

Yes. The Las Vegas Pool House is a fully licensed short-term vacation rental — City of Las Vegas STR License #G64-01794.

How do I contact you?

Call 877-766-5908 — it’s a 24/7 automated concierge (Taylor, our AI assistant), so you get help right away any time. Humans are available during normal business hours. You can also message us through our contact form at lasvegaspoolhouse.com/contact.

Is anyone else on the property?

The entire main house is yours. A separate self-contained unit is on-site with a property caretaker, which means help is close by if you ever need it.

Are there security cameras on the property?

Yes — exterior security cameras are present on the property for safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

Is there WiFi or internet at the property?

Yes — the property has 1Gb fiber internet, great for remote work or streaming.

Is laundry available?

Yes — free laundry is available at the property.

What should I do in an emergency?

For a life-threatening emergency, call 911 right away. For a property emergency — like being locked out, a water leak, or no heat — call 877-766-5908; our on-site contact Deb is also available for urgent issues.
